Return Policy:


I want you to be 100% satisfied with the service and merchandise that I have provided. If you are unhappy with any painting you receive or if I have misrepresented the work in any way, contact me immediately and I will work with you to make sure you are satisfied. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact me at 505-795-4618 or email kendavis.studio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

If I have made a mistake or the product is damaged in transit, I will pay for the product’s return. For a refund, the painting (and frame if applicable) must be in the original condition.


Privacy Policy:

We respect the privacy of all of our customers.  No personal information about our customers will be shared with any third party with the exception of information provided to shipping carriers to deliver products ordered.


Shipping Policy


I ship all orders UPS. I ship at least once a week. Insurance is added on orders over $100.
You will receive an email from me when the painting is shipped. I take great care in packaging your painting so that it will arrive in perfect condition.

Please be sure to give me the entire address, including apartment number, street, highway, etc. No P.O Boxes. Make sure that the Post Office is able to deliver to your address.

I use the Air Float Packing system for all the framed art, which is used by many galleries and art museums. Your art is safely encased in three layers of protection: two layers of convoluted foam and one layer of Perf-Pack foam.
